Cozy Grove succeeds on all notes, especially on the Nintendo Switch. Having put time into both the Steam and Switch versions of the game, the latter is the perfect home for this game. As cheesy as this may sound, turning on your Switch, curling up with some coffee, and getting cozy with Cozy Grove is just what you need. Whether you’re looking for a game to play in bursts or a new world to just never leave, this is a title you need to pick up. Cozy Grove will be available on Steam, the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4 & PlayStation 5, Xbox One & Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on April 8, 2021. Cozy Grove is an incredible game full of charm and warmth. Its gorgeous art style and soothing music create a wonderfully serene ambience that makes for satisfying play sessions. While it encourages you to only play for upwards of 40-minutes a day, these shorter play sessions still feel fulfilling nonetheless.

Cozy Grove is a far more relaxing, yet in-depth experience than I ever could have expected when I jumped into it. Much like the best parts of Animal Crossing or Stardew Valley, it had a way of hooking me and I can wholeheartedly say that even if I wasn’t reviewing it, the way in which it caught me made it an experience I'm happy to return to daily. There’s an unexpected weight to this game.

Cozy Grove is great to look at, and only having to spend 20 minutes a day doing so doesn’t make it feel like a chore. Gameplay can eventually feel repetitive, alas, such is the struggle with life sim games, and this one does it better than most. * The product in this article was sent to us by the developer/company. I'm pulled towards anything that isn't driving or sports related; having said that, I love a good kart racer.

Cozy Grove's day-by-day mechanics can be frustrating to some, but is a definite welcome addition, allowing me to slowly unravel the story and giving me more playtime in the long run, completely enhancing my mornings.
