Fallout 4: Vault-Tec Workshop
Vault-Tec Workshop is the fifth add-on, and third workshop add-on for Fallout 4. It triggers automatically once level 20 is reached and the player character is outside the Institute. Build a brighter future underground with the all-new Vault-Tec Workshop. Create a massive Vault and attract new Dwellers using pre-war industrial kits complete with retro-nostalgic furniture, lighting, and art. And like every good Overseer, run Vault-Tec approved experiments on your Dwellers to learn what makes an ideal citizen. Vault-Tec has given you the tools, the rest is up to you!

The Vault Tec DLC wasn't by any means amazing, but it does grant players access to the tools and the space to build their own vault. While it's not on the level of Fallout Shelter or as detailed in smaller items as I'd like it still does capture that magic of controlling a vault. You get to not only build a vault, but also run it with settlers and even work out experiments if you're creative enough as well.

Definitely the best workshop add-on so far simply due to the scale of it and the additional story. The workshop is as smooth as ever allowing you to really experiment with the new items and create it the way you want to.

Bethesda genuinely surprised me with Vault Tec Workshop. While it doesn’t leave a good impression at first the massive amount of tools you can require is anything but constricting. In fact, it’s so good, that it might change the minds of those who originally wrote settlements off.

Vault-Tec workshop is a fun walk in the underground park, especially for settlement enthusiasts who want more options for their designs. While not the deepest in content, it presents a good value for its low price.
