Who wouldn’t want to be a pirate? Sailing the seven seas, swashbuckling your way across the open waters. Sinking ships, plundering treasure, and trading stolen goods at various pirate friendly ports. In King of Seas, the newest title from 3D Clouds and Team 17, you get to do just that. How did I find my time as a captain of a ship flying pirate colours? Keep reading this Rapid review to find out. A King Dethroned You play as Lucky, the son of the king.

King of Seas is a delightfully chill and humorous title that’s best experienced on a Sunday afternoon as you wish you were a swashbuckling pirate taking down warships with enormous cannons. Whilst the combat can be fiddly and the procedural nature may play with your sense of direction somewhat, there’s plenty to enjoy in this light-hearted sea tale. King of Seas is available May 25th on PS4 (reviewed on PS5), Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC Develper: 3DClouds Publisher: Team17 Disclaimer: In order to complete this preview, we were provided with a promotional copy of the game.

King of Seas is an ambitious and peaceful game. It’s perfect for pick up and play gameplay, let down only by numerous glitches and lack of voice acting. If you want to be a pirate on Switch, this is the game.

The ship battles were quite exciting and got me going and really into the adventure of being a pirate on the open seas. King of Seas can be a lot of fun if you give it the time to understand what you need to do and start to customize your ship. So if you like customizable RPG style games I absolutely recommend King of Seas for you. **King of Seas was provided by the publisher and reviewed on an Xbox One S** Suggestions: I think it would be cool to have the ability to take your ship into an online mode and play against other pirates.

King of Seas is a fantastic isometric pirate action game with a good story and plenty of loot to plunder. It’s great for short bursts or long loot hauls as I worked towards the next best ship. King of Seas is an isometric pirate action roleplaying game developed by 3DClouds and published by Team17 Digital.

It may not be everyone's flagon of grog but I had an excellent time with King of Seas and will continue to until I dominate the high seas.King of Seas gameplay video → Metal Unit Review Switch ★★★★☆ 2D action-packed roguelikes are quite commonplace so here's Metal Unit with its expansive arsenal of nifty weapons and abilities. Metal Unit is all about variety.
