Loop8: Summer of Gods has some good ideas but often they don't reach a satisfying fruition. The game's rushed development is evident in its reused locations and lack of interaction with NPCs. The social bonds lack intimacy and some characters' behavior isn't justified. The time loop mechanic and increased stats in subsequent playthroughs add replay value, but there are unresolved ambiguities.
