Still There is slow and it takes patience to get through the introductory sections, but after players have settled into the world and lived in Karl’s skin, it does an amazing job of telling one of the most touching stories I’ve seen in ages. Disclosures: This game is developed by Ghostshark and published by Iceberg Interactive.

Still There has far more to offer than it might initially appear, moving past some obvious space-related clichés to create a genuinely touching story. It’s only let-down by its slightly hyper-masculine humour content. Prepare for dick jokes. [Reviewed on PC] 8/10 Ritual: Crown of Horns We’ve had our fair share of Wild West-related games this month with Red Dead Redemption 2 throwing its cowboy hat into the PC gaming ring.

Still There is deeply complicated and sophisticated combining genres in such a way that it feels like something brand new. Taking about five hours to complete, give or take however long it takes players to beat the puzzles, Still There is a pleasure to play and one that will stick with you for a long time after.
