I haven't played anything quite like tERRORbane before and its concept of making glitches fun is impressively satisfying and silly.tERRORbane gameplay video → LIT: Bend the Light Review Xbox One ★★★★☆ Mirror puzzles are nothing new but the delightful indie LIT: Bend the Light makes them exciting again with its many clever mechanics. When I started playing LIT: Bend the Light, I thought it was simply a standard mirror-based puzzle game where you guide a light from a starting point to a goal but as I progressed and new gimmicks and mechanics began to be introduced, I realised just how ingenious its gameplay is.

tERRORbane is goofy and great. Throughout, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the swerve balls in gameplay and plot. It’s genuinely funny with a bunch of laugh-out-loud memorable moments. Unfortunately, this enthralling adventure is over a little soon but you can revisit areas to discover all the secrets. Packed with ingenuity, BitNine Studios have really put itself on the map with this gem.

I have to say I wasn’t quite sure how to rate tERRORbane. Since the game at its core really just has the player walking around searching for glitches and progressing the story. One could say this is a retro-looking walking simulator. This design most certainly won’t suit everybody, particularly if you’re looking for any form of challenge. At the end of the day, it did get a chuckle out of me now and then and the premises is most definitely different. So I guess I decided to settle on a solid recommendation. If you’re looking for something casual to enjoy you can’t go wrong here.
