Brawlhalla is a decent attempt at a free-to-play fighting game, though it leaves much to be desired. There’s some fun to be had with the offline modes, but nothing stands out enough that would make you want to spend actual money on the game. If you need something to hold you over till Super Smash Brothers Ultimate releases, then go ahead and give this game a shot. Jordan is a gaming fanatic who grew up in a home of shovelware.
