If you are a fan of Skylines, then I would highly recommend the Mass Transit DLC, especially if you are are after another challenge and want to try to create that perfect city. Personally, I’m trying once more to make my city the best it possibly can be, if only because I want those statues and folk songs sung about my great deeds.

Mass Transit adds more character and depth to what’s already the premier city-building simulation. It may be a bit disappointing that some of the original game's big-picture philosophy and mayoral authenticity has been sacrificed in the process, but it can be argued that these changes have also done an impressive job of filling out the public-transportation element of city design.

The detail to which you can customise the cities in here is astounding, and Mass Transit is not only adding more to the plethora of options already in Cities skylines, but also tweaks some of the more frustrating elements, easing up the controls, and letting the player really get into the nitty-gritty of the road and traffic networking. While it's not an essential purchase, the additions make a vast difference to the building of roads, and the management of city transport systems. All in all, it's a fantastic feature-full expansion that gets a hearty recommendation for fans of the base game.

Cities: Skylines - Mass Transit adds more than enough new content to make you want to return to the game. The new transport hubs are handy, and all the quality of life changes make Cities: Skylines even better than it already was if designing your city's public transport network is your thing.(

The improved road and transport infrastructure the content allows for is pretty great but like the other DLC’s, the content seems lacking in quantity.

The Cities: Skylines - Mass Transit DLC is unfortunately not the most essential DLC for those who are wanting to add more to their city. The additional vehicles, hubs, and depth of control are not so much a welcome addition but just a pleasant distraction. However, what this DLC has done is prompted Colossal Order and Paradox Interactive to update the user interface on the PlayStation 4, now making Cities: Skylines a must have recommendation for any simulation fan, even more so than it was before.
