"Beware! The Nightmare monster stalks you as you navigate this dungeon-crawling RPG. Stand your ground, or use traps to slow down the insatiable monsters and escape to fight another day. You’ll fight in turn-based battles and can boost up your allies with blood transformations. If you solve the dungeons’ mysteries and satisfy the prison’s desires, you just might make it out alive!"

In the end, Mary Skelter: Nightmares is one of the most delightful and impressive RPGs that I've played in a long time.

Despite a few oddities, Mary Skelter: Nightmares is easily one of the better DRPGs on the Nintendo Switch, and it’s only half of the Mary Skelter 2 package. For $40USD, there are two games and A LOT of dungeon crawling to be had, and the inclusion of a “true ending” in this version that supposedly leads right up to Mary Skelter Finale is nice (if a bit demanding in terms of requirements).
