Easy to pick up, impossible to put down is the best way to describe Pizza Possum. Every element feels designed to keep you playing. The soundtrack is fun, and the excitement drawn for it keeps the player engaged as they try to beat their own score. If you are after a new classic feeling arcade game, then the simple controls with the fun power-ups and exciting chases are definitely the way to go. On top of all of this, the co-op is fantastic, adding hilarity at every corner. And never forget, screaming and giggling as a crazed possum is always a fun way to enjoy a game.

It is hard to find negative things to say about Pizza Possum. It’s length I suppose as I wish it was longer or had more levels. There’s hope for a sequel at least. That said, Pizza Possum delivers a fun and accessible game. No run ever feels like a waste of time with its item progression and the more you play the easier those items make the game. If you are in need of what I like to call a “palate-cleansing” game, I hope you give Pizza Possum a thought! This game was reviewed based on Xbox One review code, using an Xbox Series S|X console.

As a bite sized, Saturday morning cartoon experience, it’s hard to beat. It’s cute, simple, and accessible to pretty much anyone. However, it feels like it ends too abruptly – I definitely foresee more food adventures ahead for the possum, unless it’s cancelled all too soon. 8 out of 10 Pizza Possum was developed by Cost Computer and published by Raw Fury.

Pizza Possum is a great game to pick up. Especially if you’re looking for something short and simple, ideal for a gaming break or when you just want to switch your brain off after one of those days. Easy to pick up, pretty hard to put down, Pizza Possum ticks all the right boxes for an original arcade game that comes in at a nice low price. Alone or with a loved one, this comes highly recommended. This is also probably the best video game where you play a possum that I know of.

Pizza Possum has more than enough meat to satisfy. It’s a game that you might be done in two to four hours, but for the price, it’s really fun. This is one of those games that just about anyone can pick-up and play. It’s a rare kind of game that doesn’t too much out of you, and you can get a lot of enjoyment from it with each person you introduce to it. Pizza Possum is bite-sized game with meal-sized fun, and it truly delivers.

Pizza Possum invites you to stop by, enjoy the bedlam and pandemonium with or without a friend, and then leave satisfied and fulfilled, like you yourself gobbled down that giant pizza the titular possum craves. This snack is incredibly enjoyable.
