Swimsanity!
Swimsanity! is a multiplayer underwater shooter with action-packed Co-Op and Versus game modes, all supported by online and local play. You play as our hero Mooba, who uses a variety of unique power ups and weapons to survive in this aquatic world. Whether you're teaming up with friends to swim into Adventure mode, or clashing in competitive matches such as Last Mooba Standing, there's more than 150+ challenges to complete across 8 action-packed Game Modes in Swimsanity! All modes can be played online or locally. 4 PLAYER ONLINE CO-OP! Team up to unlock content and complete challenges with players around the world. 4 PLAYER ONLINE VERSUS! Join casual or ranked matches to compete and climb the Leaderboards to be crowned the best in the world. LOCAL CO-OP AND VERSUS! Feel the intensity in the room with some couch play with up to four friends. If anyone's missing, play with bots fill their spot. ONLINE CROSS-PLAY! Play with anyone online across the Xbox One, PC and Consoles! UNLEASH SWIMSANITY! Unlock 10+ eye-popping Unleashes to bring to battle for devastating moves. COMPLETE 150+ CHALLENGES! There's always more to do by completing over 150 challenges across 8 Game Modes.

Swimsanity is a good, fun underwater shooter when played with friends, and an absolutely brutal beast when taken on alone. If you’re able to gather up a party of like-minded fellows and fancy taking on a new shooting adventure, whilst occasionally kicking back with the laughs of some competitive play, then Swimsanity on Xbox One is certainly a game to consider.

A full-featured multiplayer effort, Swimsanity! excels in its frantic competitive gameplay, with a co-op experience that we found critically lacking in enjoyment. Skip the adventure mode and dive straight into Orb Rush with three friends for a good, fun time. The package holds together well despite some blandness to the visuals, and there's certainly plenty to do if it gets its (fish) hooks into you. Swimsanity! holds up well in a crowded market and we truly hope to see it succeed.

Swimsanity! offers a fun blast of online or local versus play. Its game modes aren’t terribly original, but they work well in the underwater setting. Unfortunately, the fun doesn’t carry over to the game’s adventure mode or the single-player options.

While it may lack originality and fresh ideas, Swimsanity is still able to distinguish itself from other twin-stick shooters thanks to its unique underwater setting and multiplayer gameplay. With roughly eight modes to choose from, Swimsanity can be a blast to play with a group of friends. It’s just unfortunate that it never reaches its full potential due to bland visuals, unbalanced difficulty and lackluster single-player options. Nonetheless, it should still have some appeal to anyone who’s even remotely a fan of the genre.
